We took over Gostilna Tomaj in the year 2019 and we are honored to take its almost forty-year-long tradition into the future.
Our menu tells a contemporary story with the intertwinement of history. We prepare the gnocchi, pasta and desserts mostly by traditional recipes. At the same time we keep in step with the times and modernize them, improve them and bring them to a broader audience.
Most of the dishes on our menu are made by hand and à la carte. We believe that our customers want to take their time and enjoy the carefully prepared food, along which we offer quality wines that compliment the story of the plate.
When you sit on our terrace under the old chestnut tree and relax, we know that out food, service and drinks have achieved their goal.
