The History of Gostilna Tomaj​

Our restaurant has a deep and rich history going back to the 19th century.

COLLABORATION WITH LOCAL BUSINESSES

We try to use as many local materials as we can. We work with local companies,
such as Tomaj's own Kmetija Žerjal, which supplies our goat cheese,
​and Mesni butik Bišteka, which puts an emphasis on working with smaller Slovenian farmers.
